IPS Agency was founded in 2005 with a simple mission: satisfy our dealer clientele and provide them with world-class income development. Founder Shari Vance began assembling a highly effective combination of top quality companies and highly qualified automotive specialists capable of delivering what auto dealers and their dealerships needed most–sales and finance training, best hiring practices, profit participation, legal compliance, and customer satisfaction.

As our Dealers’ Needs have evolved, so have our services that we specialize in and offer. We now assist over 70 dealers in 7 states with BDC implementation, Internet Management, and Advertising, in addition to the world class sales, management, and finance training we’ve always offered. In short, we’ve created long-term relationships by being responsive to our dealers needs, and by helping them sell more cars and make more money
